Textile Recycling

Did you know the average Massachusetts resident discards 70 pounds of old clothes, footware and household "soft-wear" each year? Together, that's close to 260,000 tons of used but useful textiles that are burned or buried, or 6% of our disposed trash!*

In the spring we will begin textile recycling to keep useful textiles from ending up in landfills. You can begin to collect items now. Download the flyer below for more information on what is appropriate to recycle. Check back soon for specific dates.

Book Donations
